The location
The fact that is was pretty dirty. The dust was everywhere. Even in the sheets...also, despite the fact that the checkout was at 10.30 in the morning, the cleaning service almost barged in at 9 o' clock

mediocre
fairly clean and new finishes, you can see the place has been recently renewed. the guy at check in was nice and brief.
thin drywalls could hear the people next door dining and moving/washing dishes and cackling and snoring. had to ask them twice to lower the volume down because it felt like they were inside our room. we chose this location for its strategic position, we had breakfast included but we were told at check in that that wasn’t possible unfortunately and we had only 2.50 euro discounted from each person per day because they couldn’t offer breakfast. if we knew it before we would have chose another location with that same money we could have had the continental breakfast included.

Everything was fine.
Close location to the Coliseum. Clean and beautiful interior of the apartments. Arrived much faster than check-in, but we were checked in at 11 am.
For breakfast you will only have coffee with a croissant. Poor noise insulation, you will hear everything that happens in the next room.

nice location, but room for improvement
The location was great and also the idea of the interior. Luigi is also a great host.
The shower was not really clean and since I have a dust allergy I can tell that is was not really clean, I had a lot of problems. The Room was way smaller than on the pictures shown.
